Directions to Room 2096, Education & Research Building (E & R) 2nd Floor

 

All participants should be entering Henry Ford Hospital through the Main Entrance  off West Grand Blvd. or through the East Clinic Entrance (see location indicators in image below)

• If parking & entering through the Main Entrance:

  • Valet parking is available for a $8.00 fee at the Main Entrance of Henry Ford Hospital (pull up to front in the left lane),

• • Self-park your car underground for Free (turn left once entering) on West Grand Boulevard (See Yellow Arrows in image below). 

 

• If parking & Entering through the East Clinic Entrance:

  • Self-parking is free in the Clinic Parking off Lodge Service Dr.

  • Valet is not available at this entrance

E&R 2096 Location once inside the hospital (SEE SYMPOSIUM SIGNS):

• If entering through the Main Entrance

  • Upon entering the Main Entrance lobby go straight towards the “ ­ K Building Clinic Elevators” (sign is hanging from the ceiling). OptimEyes is on the left, Papa Joes is on the right. Continue through the hallway, all the way to the end of the corridor (there’s a black & white wall which is the cafeteria area). Either take stairs that are on the left or take the elevators that are on the right, to the 2nd floor. Use the hallway on the right & Room 2096 is at the end of the hallway in the corner.

 

• If entering through the East Clinic Entrance:

  • Upon entering, go straight until you see the K Clinic Elevators, turn right, & go to the end of the corridor (there’s a black & white wall which is the cafeteria area). Either take stairs that are on the left or take the elevators that are on the right, to the 2nd floor. Use the hallway on the right & Room 2096 is at the end of the hallway in the corner.
